Chopped cheese sandwiches (link) are a classic where ground beef is pressed onto the grill, seasoned, let to caramelize before flipping, and chopping, before topping with cheese and sliding it into a bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. This is a slightly different, taco themed, take where the beef is seasoned with taco seasoning (link) and the bun is filled with avocado and pico de gallo, in addition to the lettuce and mayo!
