The American Motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson has expanded its Indian offering and has launched a new product called Street Bob 117. The model has been released at the starting price of Rs 18.77 lakh (ex-showroom). In case you are interested, the motorcycle can be purchased by visiting an authorised dealership nationwide.
Styling And Top Aesthetics
In terms of styling, the new Street Bob comes with a familiar style statement, featuring a low-slung seat, signature style raised handlebars, and has an aggressive road presence. It gets a round-shaped headlamp unit, paired with a single-pod instrument console that allows the rider to have all the bike-related details.
Top USP’s
Talking about the top elements, the bike offers a single chrome exhaust and is equipped with a 13.2-litre fuel tank. To dominate the segment, it also gets tons of features that include drag torque control, cruise control, ABS, traction control, and 3 riding modes to offer a rooted riding experience.
Engine And Power
At the heart, Street Bob 117 uses a 117CI engine, ditching Milwaukee Eight 107CI. The 1,923cc, V-twin unit generates a maximum power of 90 bhp at 5,020 rpm and 156 Nm at 2,750 rpm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
As far as the build is concerned, the model has been created using tubular cradle frame. It is equipped with a 49 mm telescopic fork at the front, while rear has been supported by an adjustable mono-shock setup. The braking duties are managed by discs at both ends.
