The temple was built between 1754 and 1770 under the guidance of Morya Gosavi from Dhampur. He established the temple called Mayureshwar Ashtavinayak, which got aid from the Great Peshwas. Trishund Mayureshwar Ganpati Temple Timings
Mayureshwar Temple is open 365 days a year, from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The morning hours for darshan are 5:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Devotees can take Darshan in the evening between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
