Fans of Netflix’s Arcane will soon be able to own the complete series on 4K Blu-ray and/or 1080p Blu-ray with collectible steelbook cases. The second and final season of the League of Legends animated series releases on October 21 in three different editions. Just like last year’s Blu-ray release of Season 1, there are two unique Season 2 Steelbook Editions featuring protagonists Jinx and Vi. The 4K Limited Edition Steelbook has Jinx on the cover, while the 1080p Steelbook features Vi. Preorders are available at Amazon for both Steelbook Editions as well as a standard Blu-ray.

It’s rendered in upscaled 4K resolution (2160p) and supports Dolby Vision and HDR10. For sound, it supports Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround.
Arcane Season 1’s physical editions include the full nine-episode arc and three hours of special features. Fans can go behind the scenes of Arcane with exclusive conversations involving key creative talent and writers, numerous scene breakdowns from the animation staff at studio Fortiche, making-of videos, and more.

Though it hasn’t officially been confirmed, with Season 2 clocking in at nine episodes and just shy of six hours, it’s very likely that this is a four-disc set with three 4K discs and a 1080p disc with bonus features.
It should support Dolby Vision and HDR10 and have Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround Sound.

The 1080p Blu-ray Steelbook Edition of Season 2 featuring exclusive Vi cover art is up for preorder for $55 at Amazon. It’s likely a three-disc set with Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround Sound and the same bonus features found in the 4K edition.

Season 2 is also getting a standard 1080p Blu-ray edition with cover art featuring eight characters from the show. This edition mirrors the standard Blu-ray Steelbook, just with a plastic case and cardboard sleeve.
With elaborate and imaginative animation, production on the sequel series took a long time, but the second and final season did eventually make its way to Netflix last November. The streamer released the nine episodes of Season 2 in three acts (three episodes per week).
